Extended Access
At Murree Medical Group we have teamed with other Practices in the area to provide an extended access service for our patients.
Week Days
- Monday to Friday – 6:30pm to 7:50pm
Over The Weekend
- Saturday - 9am to 5:50pm
- Sunday - 9am to 1:50pm
Should you wish to use this facility you will be offered appointments but not here at Murree Medical Group, but in other locations across Billericay and Basildon.
If the times suit you, you may request an appointment for the evening or weekend in advance. At other times, when the surgery is at capacity, we may only be able to offer you an appointment at one of these locations.
Life Threatening
Call 999 or go to A&E now if:
- you or someone you know needs immediate help
- you have seriously harmed yourself – for example, by taking a drug overdose
A mental health emergency should be taken as seriously as a medical emergency.
Urgent But Not Life Threatening
Visit an urgent care centre if:
- You have an urgent medical issue requiring on the day attention
Non-urgent
Use NHS 111 if:
- You need help now, but it’s not an emergency
There will be someone to provide you with advice and to direct you to a clinician if it is necessary.
